Why We Exist
Systems are not in place to effectively care for foster youth while they are in the system, nor to put them in a position for successful independence when they leave the system. Aging out should not be an option for foster youth who have not been prepared to care for and support themselves. The outcomes speak volumes. 23,000 children age out of foster care annually, instantly losing access to nearly every form of support.

Our Founder
Arsine Rassam is a dedicated mother, wife, and daughter who uses her drive and talents to help women find their potential and voice in building their businesses.
She was a senior debt and financial negotiator for an LA-based law firm. She is a chef and runs her own catering company. Her love and passion for helping others extend beyond her family and friends. She has selflessly given her time and expertise to help orphanages in Armenia, created a nonprofit for youth, and has been instrumental in her fundraising efforts for St. Judes Children's Hospital and many other charities.
She is a beacon of light guiding women entrepreneurs and helping the less fortunate. Her passions include helping children transitioning out of foster care and working with seniors. She is the Founder of the Hello May Foundation. Arsine believes in people coming together to work towards the common good.

Our Board Member
Elizabeth retired after serving 23 years in financial services building/leading teams, developing/implementing strategies, and engaging clients and markets. She currently spends her time transferring those skills to lifting our community and businesses to achieve their maximum potential. Her greatest joy comes from philanthropy. Elizabeth and her husband are actively involved with Olive Crest and are advocates within the community for children and families. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to live the life they want.
Our Board Member
Jessica graduated college with a Bachelors in Business prior to entering the Beauty & Spa Industry over 15 years ago. She is a Licensed Esthetician, the Business Development Manager for XO8 Cosmeceuticals and has owned Pure Spa, San Diego for 13.5 years and counting. She loves mentoring young adults and supporting them to actualize their dreams. She is passionate about helping individuals to reach their goals and realize their true potential. Jessica is married with 3 beautiful children and truly believes in building up our community and creating a positive impact.
